Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
